These volunteers aren’t scared of getting their hands dirty!
The volunteer work at La Giraudière is very varied- from landscaping to cooking or cleaning. This week, our volunteers Gillian- English, Elena- Lithuanian, and Amanda- Australian (left to right in the photo) worked very hard to clear out and paint the rooms at La Giraudière. These rooms will be transformed into a professional kitchen, a disabled toilet, and other things.
The work is physically demanding and our volunteers always need a large glass of red wine at the end of the day, but they continue to have fun at the same time, as shown in these photos!
This weekend we say goodbye to Amanda and Elena, and we thank them for their great help- now you can have a rest!
