Location Fees
Prices quoted are per week for a furnished apartment and include electric, water and taxes. All prices are Euros.

All location and colocation fees together with any services or additions, have to be paid at the beginning of the rental period. When reserving an apartment you will be also be required to pay a deposit of 4 weeks rent which will be held until the termination of your agreement.
Example: To rent La Cour – 3 bedroom apartment for 8 week period the rent will be 8 x 122 = 976.00 plus your deposit of 4 x 122 = 488 a Grand total of 976 + 488 =1464 euros. The deposit of 488 is returned at the termination of your agreement minus any charges, cleaning or damages incurred.
Colocation Fees
Prices quoted are per person and per week for a room in a shared furnished apartment and include electric, water and taxes. All prices are Euros.
